Gentle Yoga with LauRa Alonso

Our Gentle Yoga is a slower-paced class that focuses on various preparatory stretches and strengtheners that build confidence, improve coordination, and develop a sense of inner peace.

On this foundation, each student moves at her/his own speed toward the yoga poses included in the Introductory Iyengar Series.

The class is designed for those with little or no yoga experience and for those coming back from patterns of inactivity or from injuries.

We also offer Yoga for Women Over 50 with Cindy and Carla.
