Our introductory series acquaints students new to the Iyengar method with the fundamentals of yoga postures and lays the foundation for practice and progression to Level I classes.

Cost: $60 for the six-week series with Cindy or for your first six weeks of Ang's introductory classes. (This price is for new students only.) $48 for the four-week series with Linda.
