New class!
Iyengar Yoga, Level II (for men & women)
with Chris Hancock

Mondays • 6:00–7:30 PMbeginning May 5

This class for ongoing yoga students who are strong in the standing poses and ready to work on backbends and twists, while continuing to explore inversions and forward bends.

Here, we will focus on more vigorous aspects of yoga asana (poses). We will incorporate vinyasa/flow sequences and hold poses longer, without ignoring alignment and mindfulness in the poses.
