Yoga for Your Energy Body ![]() 5-week class series Thursdays • 6:00–7:30 PM July 1 - July 29 When you move your body in different asanas, you stimulate different energy flows. The Chinese called these flows channels or meridians. Various teachers including Shizuto Masanaga, Michael Reed Gach, Paulie Zink and Paul Grilley have developed ways to access specific meridians to improve your energy flow and ultimately improve your health.
In this series you will learn about each meridian and which asanas to use to stimulate them in order to improve your health. Kaoverii started studying shiatsu, Chinese Medicine and Acu-yoga in 1989 and has incorporated many of these teachings into her Subtle Yoga style.
