Take It Easy Yoga, Level I
with Kay Harrold

This beginning level class is perfect for students new to yoga and continuing students with physical limitations resulting from injury or age. Tight bodies will begin to open as we use props and ropes to make the poses more accessible.

Kay has found that the practice of yoga, with an emphasis on correct alignment and strength, relieved a pattern of chronic back pain that had persisted for 30 years. Beginning her yoga practice at the age of 52, she knows it is never too late to make radical changes in the alignment of body and spirit. Her goal for her classes is to ignite that spirit of possibility in every student!
