Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class With Angela McWilliams Wednesdays • 5:45–7:15 PM beginning June 11 This class features a sequence of dynamic yoga poses that flow from one to the next, coordinated with pranayama (yogic breathing exercises). While there is attention to alignment in the poses to keep the student safe, vinyasa-style yoga offers an opportunity to explore variations within each pose as we synchronize the mind with the body. This class is formulated for all levels, so no prior vinyasa flow experience is needed. Come to class prepared to laugh, to expand your awareness, and to groove to an eclectic fusion of world music.
